Dinner at the Linda Nikolova's home in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
25 March 2007

It was wonderful! Linda Nikolova invited her colleagues from the University of Utah to share the beauty of her
household on March 25 (2007), a day before her mother, Margarita, will have an interview for her Green Card. So, we
in fact celebrated a new American Bulgarian resident as well.
The dinner was according to the Bulgarian traditions - rich and delicious. Linda agreed to share some secrets of the
Bulgarian kitchen with any of you interested in the multicultural global society. Her e-mail is

The next generation had their own table.
Margarita is last night just a guest in the USA. From tomorrow she
will be also an American resident.
The mother of Linda has attended regularly our Bulgarian parties
in Salt Lake City and we will miss her badly since she is leaving for
Bulgaria soon where her husband and two houses are waiting for
her - in Sofia and in the country.
Her two daughters live in Salt Lake - Linda and Shehirizada.
The American professors listened about the Bulgarain
kitchen, Bulgarian culture and today's Bulgaria with great
interest. They immediately bought tickets for the Bulgarain
pop megastar Vassil Najdenov who is coming for the first
time in Utah on April 19, 2007.
The garden of Linda in front of the house and the great view to the mountains.
An exhibit at home. There is no kinship relations between me and Linda despite of the
common family names, but we share a common feelings - a love to the Bulgarian culture and
traditions.
